What a useful correction contains
Identify the page URL and exact statement, explain the issue and provide the strongest available primary source with its date and jurisdiction. Do not send private patient records.
How corrections are evaluated
We check whether the source controls the claim, whether the fact is current, and whether other pages rely on the same statement. Material changes update the page date and affected source record. Style-only edits may not.
Commercial independence
A correction does not require payment or a commercial relationship. Evidence can correct a sponsor, provider or affiliate claim; status cannot shield inaccurate content.
Intake channel pending
No working public correction channel has been verified. A real monitored contact method must be supplied before deployment and then added here and to the site footer.
